    Our qualifying broker, John Chambers has been a real estate professional for over a decade. Inside our market center, he instructs on the intricacies of the contracts, AREC laws, and the code of ethics. We believe that through education, you will be able to keep your commission dollars in your pocket instead of paying fines, reducing commissions, or paying for things that you shouldn’t. John will have your back if you are ever in a situation where you need defending. As the qualifying broker, he is our liaison to the Alabama Real Estate Commission. He maintains a healthy relationship with AREC so that our market center can be at the forefront of changes in our industry. He also serves on the governmental affairs committee at the Birmingham Association of Realtors, BAR. His involvement and influence in this committee have saved our agents thousands of dollars in fines.

    Keller Williams built our own technology 5 years ago using billions of dollars from Gary Keller. Over 440 technology experts collaborated to build a platform that can’t be purchased or duplicated. That technology has a process that combines every piece of the real estate transaction from procuring the lead, a multimillion-dollar referral platform, contact management, contract to close, commission requests and so much more.     As the first person that the consumer and agents meet, Marjorie is the face of Keller Williams Hoover. As the Director of First Impressions, she is posting to our multiple social media channels, updating our televisions in the market center, and communicating with vendors for sponsored events. As consumers deliver earnest money or wait for the meeting with an agent, Marjorie is welcoming. With her numerous years of retail experience, Marjorie is empowered to carry on an educated conversation, defuse hot situations, or simply empathize with clients and agents. Her care continues with each agent interaction which includes new agent onboarding, delivery of virtual team meetings, and training events. Marjorie knows that each person matters and along with our entire leadership team, she knows that each individual agent matters to our team, not for the number but for the person themselves.
